We are sorry we were not able to correct the issue with your A/C on the first visit. There are instances where it takes time to identify the cause of the problem in order to make the proper repairs, which happened to be the case with your vehicle. While discussing the issue with your A/C, we assure you that trick thermometers were not utilized at any point. We make it one of our top priorities to be honest and transparent with our customers and that tactic would never be tolerated. Our Service Director was only trying to demonstrate that the A/C in a new vehicle would run a little more efficiently than in a vehicle with somewhat higher mileage, and it was not an attempt to persuade you to purchase a new vehicle. We certainly appreciate your business and value you as a customer and hope to have another opportunity to prove to you our dedication to an excellent customer experience.

Service director contacted customer on 10/20/14, and explained to customer that the parts arrived. Customer was provided an appointment to have the transmission concern attended to on 10/21/14. Customer will be provided alternate transportation.Service director was unaware of the customer having a concern prior, director provided the customer with direct phone number if any future concerns were needed.
