Nice surprise! We always hear about the not so good experience we can have when getting a service or product purchase but there are those exceptions that should be a We always hear about the not so good experience we can have when getting a service or product purchase but there are those exceptions that should be acknowledged. During a recent service with Palmetto Ford of Charleston which was repaired to our satisfaction I made mention of a minor hit and run in a parking lot to our rear bumper and what I was going to do myself to repair the scratches. Fortunately I was talking with Jim Moody, Service Lane Manager, who not only told me that what I was going to do was not correct but he provided me with the matching paint color sample and the instructions to repair it correctly. Thanks Jim for preventing a bigger problem than I already had and the methods to correct it. This was a step above and beyond and it is appreciated. More

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!! Mr. John was GREAT! I couldn't have asked for a better service writer to help me with my vehicle concerns! I dropped my vehicle off with John in the b Mr. John was GREAT! I couldn't have asked for a better service writer to help me with my vehicle concerns! I dropped my vehicle off with John in the beginning of the week, and he called me the same day with a diagnoses! This was very, VERY impressive to me because I work at a Dealership as well, in Mr. Johns position and if I had a client come in with out an appointment with similar concerns that I had, there is no way I could get the vehicle looked at the same day. When I arrived Mr. John set the correct expectation by letting me know that he would have to address his appointments first, as I understood! This was great example of customer service! I am more than pleased with my service with Palmetto Ford, & Mr. John! Way to go Mr. Mount!!!!!!! If I am ever in a situation with my vehicle again, I will definitely be coming back to see him! Above & Beyond I inadvertently took my Charleston County issued Ford Fusion in for a recall to Palmetto Ford (I had an appointment with another Ford dealer).
