I recently dropped off my 2020 F-150 a couple of months after I bought it, it started to have some noises and things that were not normal, they fixed it but a week later it started to have some more proble after I bought it, it started to have some noises and things that were not normal, they fixed it but a week later it started to have some more problems, vibration on the gas pedal, steering wheel and shifter, I took it back to them and they said they fixed it, but the truck s still doing the same, when I called Bob Pace, he said that everything is normal, which is not, and then he started to give me some excuses that have no sense because I told him that I will take the truck back, he started taking about the schedule, that they do not have a rental or a loaner, that the problem has to be bigger in order to check it again, and things like that, do I have to wait for the problem to become a bigger one, like a brake down or an accident?, he also told to compare aple with aple ( drive a similar truck) which I did, I went to another dealer and I ask for a truck like mine, same year, same model, same package, and I tested it and it don't feel the same so I guess they did not do anything the second time, this is not the first time I got this kind of problem in Palmetto Service and with Bob Pace. Sale departent are the best but service is not. More

Seat belt trouble Spent all day taking my car to car shops to try to fix my seat belt latch. (Obviously not safe to drive with no seatbelt!) Finally spoke to Jim on the phone at Palmetto Ford and he told me he was the guy that was going to help me. Boy was he right! After 3 car shops and 2 parts places, Jim had my latch fixed in less than 5 minutes! I purchased my first car here 4 years ago and I’m definitely a Palmetto Ford customer for life! Thanks Jim!! More

During a recent service with Palmetto Ford of Charleston which was repaired to our satisfaction I made mention of a minor hit and run in a parking lot to our rear bumper and what I was going to do myself to repair the scratches. Fortunately I was talking with Jim Moody, Service Lane Manager, who not only told me that what I was going to do was not correct but he provided me with the matching paint color sample and the instructions to repair it correctly. Thanks Jim for preventing a bigger problem than I already had and the methods to correct it. This was a step above and beyond and it is appreciated. More

For aprox 1 and 1/2 years now Jim has handled servicing on all 3 of our Ford vehicles, Jim has made us extremely comfortable with Body work, mechanical repairs and customer service.
