First time at this dealer for service, so I (Mario R. ) was concerned on how I would be treated. However, from the initial contact (over the phone) I was impressed w/my service advisor Ms. Daisy Z. She w ) was concerned on how I would be treated. However, from the initial contact (over the phone) I was impressed w/my service advisor Ms. Daisy Z. She went over my request and offered options, promptly getting back to me with a diagnosis and an initial estimate which she at my request, discussed with the technician and the Parts department, answering all my questions. When the car was ready she promptly contacted me and provided me with the finals costs, with no surprises. I am very, very pleased with the work performed and how Ms. Daisy attended to my questions and requests. P57VW has a new customer for my VW maintenance and repairs. More

I have been doing business with Palmetto57 Volkswagen for about 5 years. Today I am updating my review because a few days ago I updated my lease to a Tiguan 2.0T SE R-LINE and I had the best experience worki about 5 years. Today I am updating my review because a few days ago I updated my lease to a Tiguan 2.0T SE R-LINE and I had the best experience working on this new car with Noslen Gonzalez. He was very helpful with the contract, explaining every detail, getting me the best payment and above all his attention is worth 1M dollars. If you want to get the complete package of experience, quality, speed, price, and energy ask for him, I totally recommend him. More
