The purchasing experience at Palmetto 57 was exceptional from start to finish. We arrived at the dealership one hour prior to closing. The process to purchase the vehicle with the salesman (Noslen) was easy from start to finish. We arrived at the dealership one hour prior to closing. The process to purchase the vehicle with the salesman (Noslen) was easy and straightforward. The finance person was knowledgeable and worked diligently to secure financing and we drove off the lot with our new car. I highly recommend Palmetto 57 if you’re shopping for a new car! More

Mi primera visita a este dealer, llame y pedi ser redireccionado al departamento de servicio en donde Jose Luis Bringas me atendió. Después de explicarle la necesidad de mi Carro VW Touareg, el me in redireccionado al departamento de servicio en donde Jose Luis Bringas me atendió. Después de explicarle la necesidad de mi Carro VW Touareg, el me informo cual seria el procedimiento y me dio un estimado del costo de esta reparación. Me dio una cita para el día siguiente a las 7 am. Muy puntal llegue y ya me estaban esperando, le sugerí hacer un cambio de aceite el cual también agrego a la orden de trabajo y en tan solo un par de horas recibí una llamada de Jose Luis diciéndome que el carro estaba listo. En horas de la tarde regrese al dealer y Jose Luis me explico el proceso que habían trabajado en el carro como también me explico que lo habían manejado para garantizar que no tendría ninguna falla. Recibí mi VW Touareg limpia y reparada, (Colecciono carros y para mi esto es mUUUUy Importante). En todo momento Jose Luis estuvo pendiente de mi carro y mi satisfacción como cliente. Debo notar que el Dealer estaba en limpio y excelentes condiciones. Mi única sugerencia, Stevia o otra alternativa de "azúcar" para el cafe! Sin lugar a dudas regresare y esperare siempre poder trabajar con Jose Luis de nuevo More
