Ms. Daisy Zabala provided excellent service, she was very helpful and sensitive to my issues. However; this is the THIRD REPAIR ATTEMPT ON THE SAME ISSUE on my 2026 Atlas Cross Sports: Oil leak on the Turbo helpful and sensitive to my issues. However; this is the THIRD REPAIR ATTEMPT ON THE SAME ISSUE on my 2026 Atlas Cross Sports: Oil leak on the Turbo Inlet Hose. I do not feel Palmetto57 is looking for my interests, VW engineers keep providing the same repair procedure expecting a different result. This is the basic definition of insanity. I have already placed a report with VW. It feels like they are just trying to stop the bleeding putting band-aids on amputation surgery. I will appreciate is Palmetto57 holds VW accountable and provides a permanent solution to my issue. More
