I bought a car from Mr. Gillespie on a steamy hot day in July. We looked at used cars as well as new and after several hours of debate in the weather, and test drives, I found just the right one. Mr. Gilespie was cool, calm, collected, professional, friendly, and unflappable. He introduced me to the other sales and professional staff who were extremely warm and welcoming. What a nice experience! I appreciate doing business with Mr. Gilespie and I hope he is recognized for his commitment to customer service. Service received Wendy contacted me via phone to set up an appt but I was not sure I could make it in that day, if not she said she would contact me the next day. Bob Gillespie approached me shortly after entering the dealership. We spoke and I told him what car I was interested in and he suggested taking a ride. Bob was very courteous, professional, and helpful. I told Bob what rate I could get from my bank and Bob told Nick and Nick was able to get me a better rate. They were not pushy and did not purchase the car that day but after sleeping on it decided that this was the car for me. Since purchasing the car Bob has called me to make sure everything was OK and I was satisfied. More
