Overview of the worst experience I've ever had during a purchase. I made the mistake of purchasing a brand new truck from this dealership., I have all the financial documents signed by both parties to prov purchase. During the purchasing process I made it clear that I needed to ship the vehicle to Hawaii. After coming to a conclusion on a final price out the door for the vehicle they said that they would ship it for me for 7k, I told them they didn't need to because I already had a quote for 5600. They came back and told me that they would match my quote and still ship it for me, so I said ok, what can go wrong. Everything went wrong. The moment I sent the dealership $26,500 for the down payment everything went sideways. The dealership refused to send the truck!!! They started pushing the shipping date further and further out. Every time I talked to them the date would change. One day it was the 6th then the 9th then the 18th. Then the dealership started doing weird things with the numbers on the bill of sale, and that made a difference to me because I needed to pay taxes on the numbers that were on the bill of sale when they arrived in Hawaii. This dealership refused to change the numbers on the bill of sale and the registration paperwork so much so that they threatened to cancel the deal after all the paperwork was signed, I can start the truck from my phone and I have all the documents to prove it. The sales manager called me telling me that he didn't like my attitude because I was upset that they weren't shipping my truck. Sales manager canceled the deal and kept the truck, so they canceled the deal but they're refusing to send my $26,500 back to me. I asked them to send my money back as a wire transfer, the same way that I sent them the money but they refused. This dealership is nothing but a headache do not do business with them you will regret it. I called the dealership Manager, she did not answer, I left her a message, but no call back. More

I recently had to service my brand new 2026 2500 HD truck. I didn’t purchase the truck at this dealership but I will in the future.
