I recently had to service my brand new 2026 2500 HD truck. I didn’t purchase the truck at this dealership but I will in the future. Michael Sanchez was professional and very prompt at keeping me update truck. I didn’t purchase the truck at this dealership but I will in the future. At the time of service I had only owned my vehicle for four days and it had less than 300 miles on it. Michael made sure the problem was taken care of and fixed the first time. We've bought our last two cars at Paradise Chevrolet with the outstanding help of Mike Paralta. We had our previous car, 2018 Mailbu, serviced exclusively by Paradise Chevrolet. Always had a great experie the outstanding help of Mike Paralta. We had our previous car, 2018 Mailbu, serviced exclusively by Paradise Chevrolet. Always had a great experience with all the employees we encountered in the sales and service department. In 2018 we experienced an accident on the 210 freeway which totaled our 2017 Chevy Malibu. It was a stressful experience which was made much better by the help we received from Mike Paralta and Mallory Mayer at Paradise Chevrolet.
