Devin was a fantastic listener and respected my time. I knew what I was looking for, and when he shared he didn't have it, he explained next steps clearly and made sure to not have me drive out before he had more information for me. Devin was fantastically knowledgeable about all trims of the Traverse, explained and demoed the features, and gave very candid feedback that led me to leave in a vehicle that even more strongly aligned with my needs, wants, and spending comfort.
