full of lies 1 st.He cannot provide a sales contract, a copy of financial agreement and etc. after we sign the document. I am not asking for free or discount.I am asking of what belong to us nothing less nothing more. I am not fabricating this a txt mssg from Thomas Ng is my back up. 2nd. as part of the deal he told me a fist 2 oil change is free of charge. but when i txt him again he doesn't know about this. Will he is right because I trust his verbal promise.So i did not argue with him because for $40.00 is not worth the stress. he could stick it in his @$$. My suggestion is start firing a sales consultant like Thomas Ng. Bad for business and Bad for Acura More
Stay away from this dealer Financed a vehicle over a month ago and plates have not arrived to my house. Temp tags have expired, which they won't extend, I've called them to see Financed a vehicle over a month ago and plates have not arrived to my house. Temp tags have expired, which they won't extend, I've called them to see why the delay and they cannot give me a straight and clear response. Called DMV and was told the dealer has not processed documentation for registration (even though they have charged me $345 for "registration fees"). Very bad costumer service and poor professionalism on their part. Took a day off work to go see them, Sales Manager told me that there was nothing he could do and would give me a call back, still waiting on that call. It appears they are having problems with the vehicle title. Seriously thinking on taking legal action. More

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! My boyfriend and I have been actively looking for an Acura TL for a few weeks now. We found one we really liked on Acura.com, which showed that the vehicle was available at been actively looking for an Acura TL for a few weeks now. We found one we really liked on Acura.com, which showed that the vehicle was available at this particular location. Also, the website clearly states to contact the dealership directly to verify inventory. We live an hour drive from this location in Queens so I wanted to make sure the car was available before going the whole way there. Therefore, I called Friday afternoon (3/7) and spoke with a female receptionist named Rashonda. I told her the specific vehicle that we were interested in and gave her the stock number to look it up. She supposedly consulted with the sales manager and told me that they had just gotten the car in, it was indeed available, and that she would email me more information (which I never received). She then bombarded me with numerous questions such as when can you come in, what time, etc. VERY pushy! Later that afternoon, we were out running some errands and decided to stop by the dealership. Upon arrival, there was NO parking anywhere. We ended up parking right in front of the entrance on the red carpet. Once inside, we were greeted by another female receptionist who immediately asked for our information. She said we would be meeting with a gentleman named JT. After wandering around for about 10 minutes waiting for JT, the receptionist then tells us "oh sorry, he's not even in today so I'll have to find someone else." Eventually, another gentleman named Thomas approaches and we immediately tell him the specific vehicle that we would like to see. After fumbling around on his computer for a few minutes, he tells us that he cannot find the car in his inventory. He then begins to tell us about all the other great cars they have in stock in the same price range. We had already browsed through their inventory online prior and were not interested in anything else (hence why I called in advance). After realizing that we are unhappy, he goes to consult with the sales manager who verifies that the car is indeed not available. At this point, we both got up to leave. On the way out, my boyfriend stopped to use the restroom while I waited outside. While waiting, the sales manager approaches and tells me to "follow him." I said no, thank you, we're leaving. He continues talking and says that they did have the car, but it just sold an hour ago and unfortunately they are unable to hold vehicles for customers. REALLY? If the car had just sold, it would still be there. He continues to talk and we eventually leave. Once in the parking lot, we discover that our car has been completely parked in by Acura's and that we cannot even open the doors to get inside. I go back inside and ask someone to please move some of the cars because we cannot get out. Another gentleman then comes out to move some of the cars and we leave. These people are shady, blatant liars that will tell you anything to get you to come in. I will NEVER go back to this dealership and am taking my business elsewhere. P.S. The car we we're interested in is STILL listed as available in their inventory. More
