No attention to detail We went into this dealership today. We worked with Alex who was very nice. We were leasing a brand new top of the line MDX. It had some pretty big scuff Mark's on the back drivers side. We asked that they be removed. Alex brought it to recon and when it came back it lightened slightly. We told him that we would take it back to Maine and have our body shop do it. We asked that they cover $75.00. The sales mgr said no. He expected us to pay for it ourselves and then he implied that I was a liar. He acted just like one of those car sales managers you would come across in the 80's. Very snarky. The salesperson followed us out and tried to speak to us but there was no way that I would give my money to the manager. Eventually the manager came out to my car and gave us an apology and agreed. I told him how I felt about him and his childish behavior. He kicked us off his property. Last I knew. He didn't own the dealership. I feel bad for Alex. It's too bad that a manager would hurt a salespersons ability to earn money. More

Sold car I had put a $500 hold on for a day to someone else. I live 2 hours away from this dealership but they were the only one who had a 2019 black with black 2019 MDX with tech package. So I called, negotiate I live 2 hours away from this dealership but they were the only one who had a 2019 black with black 2019 MDX with tech package. So I called, negotiated a price, put a $500 reserve for one day and was supposed to go the next morning. I had sold my car so ended up taking the bus from NJ to manhattan and then a subway to queens to the dealership and got there at 9 when they opened. Total trip time just over 2 hours. I get there and they told me the car is sold. Then they tried to sell me the last brown one they had. I would have been ok had they just called me the night before and said the car is sold the night before, ( not the sales persons fault of course) but no one had the courtesy to do that and they blamed the computers. I then had another 2 hours journey back. Maybe it’s a blessing - I went straight to a Volvo dealer in NJ and picked up an XC90. More

Best Service I originally went to Paragon with my mother who was getting service done with her MDX. I met Mr. Manuel Castillo who showed me a 2020 Acura TLX and I I originally went to Paragon with my mother who was getting service done with her MDX. I met Mr. Manuel Castillo who showed me a 2020 Acura TLX and I fell in love with it. He took me through the whole process and helped me get to a price that I could afford. What I loved about the service was that he didn't try to just sell me a car, he taught me a lot about the financial parts of owning a car and helped me get insurance that did not cost me much. I walked into Paragon Acura without a car and left in a brand new car thanks to Mr. Castillo and his team. Mr. James Roach was also very helpful because he showed me all the aspects and specs of the car. He was very fun to learn from he provided excellent service. I will definitely recommend Paragon Acura to all my family and friends. More
