Herode was amazing from start to finish. He was very efficient and very knowledgeable. After having a not so great experience with another salesperson, he turned my experience at Honda Parag He was very efficient and very knowledgeable. After having a not so great experience with another salesperson, he turned my experience at Honda Paragon around. Unfortunately I was given some misleading information, and he reassured me that he could resolve my situation within minutes which he did. He went above and beyond for me, and I truly appreciate that. I was actually ready to jump ship and find a different brand/dealer outside of Honda, but thanks to Herode I will be staying with Honda.
