The dealership salesman met me at the door Mr. Larry Abreu for our2 o’clock appointment we came in looking for a odyssey or pilot. Mr. Abreu show us both model, and show us pro to these vehicles I didn’t see any cons. He was very patient with me and my wife as we went back and forth until we decided. After the paper work was completed he brought the car to us and show us all the features in the vehicle. Mr. Abreu was very attentive with all our needs. Last year I had a problem with a vehicle that I purchased at Honda with cash but when I going to transfer the vehicle to my daughter name I notice it had lien on it, when it was pay in cash. Mr Abreu went out of his way to rectify my problem, I informed him that day thank you for the services and I soon be back to buy a new Honda. Mr. Abreu is a credit to this dealership. More

I went to this dealer a few weeks ago. What a waste of my time. I arrive to this place around 8:25 pm l. I’ve been ready to buy a new car and decided to go here to see the HRV and if liked What a waste of my time. I arrive to this place around 8:25 pm l. I’ve been ready to buy a new car and decided to go here to see the HRV and if liked purchase it cash however, when arriving here not one salesperson wanted to assist me, not even with a question. I was so disappointed and did not want to spend a dollar here. The one salesman that was forced by the reception to come assist me , as walking towards me states that the place is closed. Meanwhile the sign on the door said 9:00pm Mon-Thursday the same online and the sales person (Megan)I spoke to on the phone on a previous occasion informed their hours of operation. I was told by that sale man that it must be an error but that they were closed and told me if I wanted to see the HRV to go out back and see. I’ve seen the car online and on the road so REALLY! So many other car dealers and I WASTED MY TIME HERE! Rude, unprofessional and very distasteful!! More
