I purchased a used 2020 Civic last year with a bit over 8,000 miles on it. The photos online looked immaculate and I was assured by the salesperson that it was immaculate and there were no issues, mechanic 8,000 miles on it. I drove nearly 3 hours to purchase the vehicle and when I arrived it had already gotten dark. I gave the car a quick look over as best I could in the dark. The wheels and the body of the vehicle seemed all right and after driving it decided to buy the vehicle. When I got home and took it out the next day, I noticed scuffs on the wheels that didn’t look like they were there before. The wheels are all black so I don’t know if maybe something was used to cover the scuffs that wore off. One of the tires also has a bubble in it where it meets the wheel. There are chips in the paint and scratches on the interior. I know I looked the car over and am aware I decided to buy it even though I didn’t get to see it very well in the dark, however what really upsets me is the salesperson basically lying to me about how pristine the car was which did have an impact on my decision to not only drive that far to the dealership but also to purchase the car. I attempted to contact the salesperson and her manager several times over the next several weeks but was difficult to so. I was also assured the vehicle was well taken care of and only used as a dealership vehicle. Well 4 months after buying it the clutch went and was in the shop for 3 weeks awaiting the parts and then repair. As nice of a person as the salesperson seemed I would not purchase a vehicle here again nor would I recommend this dealership to anyone. More
