After shopping at several places, we were so happy to find NO HIDDEN FEES on our used car purchase. That was so frustrating everywhere else. We were told negotiations from listed internet price were a find NO HIDDEN FEES on our used car purchase. That was so frustrating everywhere else. We were told negotiations from listed internet price were a no-go, but no hidden fees made that perfectly fine with us. Of course, we still had tax, DMV, etc. but that's everywhere. There were no "dealer prep fees" like a different place tried adding. Our salesman, Ben, doesn't seem to be listed on here. He was great, very helpful. Didn't try to push anything and we told him how appreciative we were because of that. His honesty and easy going nature is what really sold us on the car. The sales GM that day was a little harsh to the other employees, especially if they lost a customer, but Ben was solid to us. I can't remember his name so I don't want to incorrectly guess. More
