Monica Rodriguez provided smacking follow-up for both the purchase by my daughter of her Honda CR-V and for my purchase of a car from Paragon Acura. Were it not for Monica’s follow-up, I don’t think the iss purchase by my daughter of her Honda CR-V and for my purchase of a car from Paragon Acura. Were it not for Monica’s follow-up, I don’t think the issues with my car would be resolved yet. Nor do I think my daughter’s issue would be resolved. More

Monica made the car buying process absolutely miserable. She was so rude and all she cared about was making a deal to receive commission. She made that clear. If I typed everything that went wrong and all the ways she tried to screw me over this review would be extremely long. Do not buy a vehicle with her. This dealership is an absolute mess More
