I had an amazing experience with Ivan. He really goes above and beyond for his customers. He made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process and tried to give me the best deal that worked for me. H above and beyond for his customers. Be aware with Paragon Honda Service, they don’t really cared about their work. I went to this place to install Alarm bugler and they install remote key instead Alarm bugler. I spend whole day waiting for cared about their work. I went to this place to install Alarm bugler and they install remote key instead Alarm bugler. I spend whole day waiting for their mistake and I don’t really want and I will never use it. I don’t think they will install the Alarm I paid for and they did not mention it. This dealership is not responsive, very hard get feed back from them. More
