Overall good pleasant experience! The dealership, we spend half of day, but considering all paperwork got done same day and in a “Sunday” it’s Great! Definitely will reccomend paragon Honda and will buy from then again!! Also the communication was great! Jordan Pérez was great following up with the inquiry, great communication it’s key to bring in customers.... Hope the vehicle it’s as great as the service.... And yes this is a review written from the comfort of my home! Not at the dealership!! More

We purchased a certified pre owned Honda Civic at Paragon. They have a vast selection of vehicles and sticker prices were much more competitive than the other dealers we’ve been to. This is the second time I have leased from Rosa. I went back to her because of my great experience with her last time. She took the time to explain to me all the numbers and answer all my questions. Not on back to her because of my great experience with her last time. She took the time to explain to me all the numbers and answer all my questions. Not only that, both times, she personally delivered the car to me. It was a very efficient process.
