Why I choose a dealer so far if they are all the same you ask? Wrong they are not. The professionalism that this dealer has goes above and beyond. They dress for success they act like they want to assist you and not just make a sale or act like they doing you a favor by selling you a car. The employees here go above and beyond to get you into your car of choice and within a budget that work for you. I have bought many cars from them and every time they impress me even more. I have used Diego as the sales associate the past two times and he has helped me above and beyond in seeing what I’m looking in a car and what works best for me and giving the best suggestions possible. Awesome sales person! I cannot comment much on the whole Paragon dealership having had minimal contact with anyone but our sales person but I can unequivocally recommend ou I cannot comment much on the whole Paragon dealership having had minimal contact with anyone but our sales person but I can unequivocally recommend our sales person, Haitham Elkholi. We made the difficult trip from NJ to Queens for a specific almost new car which was advertised at a good price. We took a test drive and were ready to buy the car. Haitham did not surprise us with hidden costs or fees. We paid what we expected to pay. After getting the car to NJ and removing the protective paper mats, we discovered that the factory mats were not in the car. Haitham made sure we received them-including sending out a second set when the first ones got lost during the shipping process. We had to register our car ourselves due to South Carolina’s very unusual way to charge sales tax and property tax on vehicles. There were some paperwork issues during that process but Haitham continued to answer calls, respond to texts and follow through with what he said he would do. He treated us like someone who is trying to make a sale rather than someone who has completed a sale and moved on to the next customer. If you are interested in a a car, I recommend the Honda Fit which was our purchase and that you make an appointment with Haitham Elkholi. More
