In today’s world, especially when making a high-ticket item purchase, it is important that you trust the person you are working with and that their sincerity is genuine. Mahesh encompasses all these attributes and is someone I would recommend to anyone interested in buying a Honda (and if he left Honda, I would still recommend him. So Honda, make sure you don’t lose him). Mahesh knew he was the first person we were meeting with to test driving an HR-V EX. In the 2-weeks that followed, his follow-up was impeccable and there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. He was confident that he did his very best to answer all our questions and kept an open line for any others. In closing, my wife and my 12 year old daughter liked him from the onset. He is a great family man and he made them feel very special and important throughout the process as they should feel. In the process they try and nickel and dime you any way they can with insults and any other means . Hold you hostage and put constant pressure until they can squeeze some more pennies from you . I was told “ if u can’t add a additional 20 dollars to the monthly payment then U shouldn’t be buying a car “. Extremely unprofessional. As a repeating customer of paragon Acura this was Very disappointing . I expected better from the paragon family but apparently paragon Honda sees things differently. No longer will any of the members of my household return here for future business . More

Can't handle the volume The actual worked performed may be satisfactory but getting the car to the actual technician is very frustrating. To accommodate the demand they adde The actual worked performed may be satisfactory but getting the car to the actual technician is very frustrating. To accommodate the demand they added days and extended hours. With wait times continuing, they began requiring appointments for most visits. Eventually they eliminated all "walk ins" and appointments were required for all work(even simple oil changes) no matter the time of day. On my most recent attempt(Sept./19) I am about 80% unsuccessful in reaching someone from the service department. Sales will answer and transfer the call that no one picks up. I call back and they apologize saying "service is experiencing a large volume of calls" On a few occasions they took my number to have someone call me back. I'm still waiting. I have also noticed that the individuals who answer the calls do not seem to last long and probably don't develope the ability to field even the simplest of requests or answer basic questions. More
