We went to check the Honda Odysee and to compare it to the Town and Country. After going for a test drive, I asked Stanley for a price for the car that I am interested in. I also told him that I will not the Town and Country. After going for a test drive, I asked Stanley for a price for the car that I am interested in. I also told him that I will not make an immediate decision to buy because I want to check the Town and Country first. He took all my information and went to his manage for 5 to 10 minutes and came back and told me that I should go check out the Chrysler car and then come back to him because his manager needs a lot more time to figure out a price. He also said that he knew I would return to them. Sorry Stanley and Mr Paragon manager, I bought the Town and Country that afternoon; Thanks for making my decision so much easier. More

All work is explained to me in detail and nothing is done without my permission. Pricing is very reasonable and the quality of work done is top notch. My service adviser, Edwin C. is a true gentleman and treats me with courtesy and respect. The manager, Anthony P. is an asset to Paragon. He does an outstanding job at coordinating the service department and is always willing to chat with a customer. It is truly an honor to deal with such professionals at Paragon Honda. I have been going to Paragon for the past four years and will definitely return in the future. More
Called to see if the used Honda Fit advertised on the internet was still available. They said it was. Drove from New Jersey more than an hour to see it. Then they said they sold it last night and ther internet was still available. They said it was. Drove from New Jersey more than an hour to see it. Camilla was incredibly helpful and really went out of her way to get me as much info as possible on the car I wanted. Joe, the manager, gave me the best deal I could've gotten on the car. He went online and showed me what the car was going for NATION WIDE and then dropped the price by quite a bit. Honda certified is the way to go and there isn't another dealership with the selection paragon has. I will be a loyal customer for a very very long time. More

I had to bring the car back for some service. Both Dino the Operations Manager along with Susan that works in service were GREAT!! They treated me as if i bought the most expensive car in the world. I went to Paragon Honda on May 25th 2011 hoping to buy a certified Honda Civic. I had checked online the vehicles I was interested in to make it easier on the dealer and myself as well. Camila the sells rep certified Honda Civic. I had checked online the vehicles I was interested in to make it easier on the dealer and myself as well. Camila the sells rep verified that the vehicle I was interested the most was still available. She even walked to a different lot to make sure the vehicle was available. The price of the vehicle was the same as advertised online. Therefore, no switch and bait as other dealers do. Camila prepared all the paper work and had the vehicle ready for delivery in approximately two hours. Her personality and professionalism made the deal a pleasant experience. At no time there was any pressure in closing a deal. She made sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle and that I was getting the best deal possible. Joe; Camila’s manager called me to verify that the service provided was to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Paragon Honda and I will certainly go back when in plans to obtain a new vehicle. More

Content of the letter: To Whom It May Concern: I’m writing to tell you about my recent terrible Honda car purchasing experience from a Honda Dealership. This is not the only Honda car I’ve ever owned, but I’m sure this will be the last one I’ll ever be purchase from your dealership. Little over a month ago, I purchased the 2011 Honda CRV from your dealer, and went through financing process. After I received my first statement last week, I’m surprised that the amount showed on the statement was totally different from what I’ve original agreed upon, it was inflated nearly $5000. Then, I found out that few insurance and service products was unauthorizedly added to my totally bill, which I’ve never been told about, nor I’ve ever agreed to. Yesterday, I went back to dealer; the manager “Steven Zhang” admitted that the financing personnel named “Mr. Huang” who unauthorizedly added insurance product to my total financing amount was fired due to recent increased complaint against Mr. Huang regarding similar fraud activities (complaint from other customers who’ve experienced similarly as mine). However, the manager “Steven Zhang” refused to refund the unauthorized amount of $5000 and refused to take responsibility of his fired employee (Mr. Huang) with a nonsense excuse of “since Mr. Huang was fired, so unable to verify this transaction with Mr. Huang”. Although I’ve repetitively informed the manager “Steven Zhang” that I’ve never agreed to purchase any type of insurance or service product, nor my intention to keep any of these unauthorized insurance or service product that have caused me nearly $5000, the manager “Steven Zhang” still remind silence, nor making any effort to remove unauthorized insurance or service product from my bill. This is ridiculous and irresponsible service I’ve received in my entire life. I’m furious about the fact that I’ve been scammed $5000 just because I relied too much on your dealership to purchase the car. We made a deal for Honda crv ex 4wd and paid downpayment $2500 the next day when we picked up the car there is no car and said the car will be available next two week. And said they will use my Downpayment as a deposit money. I said I need the car in hurry If you do not have car just cancel my deal. They do not let me cancel and threaten me if I cancel it, I will not get my downpayment back. This is radicious and I will call police. The sale manage said rudely "call police. Even called FBI they did not care". What type of service they offer to customer what a shame. They do not apology to customer because of no car. They think that they are doing the right thing. I feel like I have been discriminated. More
