This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Paragon Honda and each time the experience has been fantastic. Great staff and good communication throughout the process. Bought a new Pilot EX-L w/nav from Paragon a few days ago and found them to be excellent. I have quite a bit of experience in buying/leasing vehicles; many more transactions than the avg. consumer. I rarely write reviews, yet I found that this positive experience, deserved one. Despite the large volume that this dealership does, the business/dealership is managed and organized well. Their pricing is competitive, as well. I called Sales Manager Justin Hili before visiting, and despite being quite busy with his managerial responsibilities (many salespeople/much activity to manage), he took the time to work out the quote and lease with me (in detail). In general, I found that he kept his word, there were no hassles, and we were treated well. Thank you Justin Hili for an excellent experience! Salesman Harry Adler is pretty new. He had a pleasant/helpful attitude throughout. Additionally Harry was respectful of our time, when he advised us to postpone our scheduled meeting with business manager to the following day (due to heavy volume and potential delays). Respecting our time was no small matter! Cristen, although not directly involved, tried to be helpful in several ways (although there was no direct benefit to him). He should be commended for this. There was a dedicated product specialist-(great idea!) that explained the vehicle in detail to my wife. She (Elsye) was also most accomodating when we looked over vehicle and pointed minor things... JUSTIN HILI IS THE REASON WE ULTIMATELY WENT WITH PARAGON. Both he and dealership are legitimately deservant of the 5 star rating given. Thanks! More

Juan Crespo was the sales rep I dealt with, he was not only knowledgeable but very respectful. He went above and beyond of how I expected to be treated. He made it his goal to get me what I wanted at the price I wanted. The Price I got on my 2008 Civic was spectacular! The mileage was extremely low, and he helped me get it even lower. Juan Crespo definitly knows his business. Jason Graciano the Manager was also an awesome guy who put put a lot of thought in what my family needed and got me to work with Juan. Paragon Honda is an awesome dealership and I suggest anyone in the market for a used car, try these guys out! More

I looked around all over Delaware for a slightly used car for my son who recently graduated from college. The prices in Delaware were too high for what we could afford, so we made the trip up to Queens and s for my son who recently graduated from college. The prices in Delaware were too high for what we could afford, so we made the trip up to Queens and saw Hasib (sales agent) and Joe (sales manager). Paragon Honda has a very large inventory of Certified Hondas with very low mileage! Hasib was friendly and courteous. They gave us an amazing deal on a Certified 2009 Honda Civic LX-S with 30,000 miles. I will definitely consider driving from Southern Delaware up to Queens in the future. WORD OF ADVICE: This dealer does a huge volume of business (it is apparent with all of the customers and busy sales agents), so if you look on the internet for pricing, don't anticipate the car to be there very long, especially with the deals and pricing that they are making! Go into the dealership, know what you are basically looking for and make a great deal on a used Certified Honda. Thanks for taking the time to read my review. More

I was in the market for my first car purchase and after doing my homework and research, I decided that it had to be a Honda due to the reliability and longevity of the brand. I saw an internet ad for a cer doing my homework and research, I decided that it had to be a Honda due to the reliability and longevity of the brand. I saw an internet ad for a certified pre-owned Civic that was located at Paragon Honda that was at a great price w/low mileage so I went to visit the dealership in person. I was greeted by all of staff but it was the manager, Joe P. that ended up helping me along w/Camilla C. (who took me to different lots in the rain). Not only is Joe completely genuine, but he doesn't have that aggressive salesman pitch that is associated with car dealerships. Although the car that I was initially interested in was sold, based on the same price point and model, he looked through at least two databases to find something that would meet my needs - while managing his staff, taking calls and closing other deals - and reviewed each finding with me. I have to admit that Paragon has an amazing inventory of cars that are in great condition WITH low mileage so there were many cars to choose from but Joe found the perfect one for me. I ended up w/a certified pre-owned '08 CIVIC EX-L NAVI and I am so happy!!! But to top it off, I got it below the sticker price w/a lower financing rate than what my bank offered (thanks to Glenese) AND they even secured insurance for me all w/in the same day!!! I couldn't have asked for a better, solid and pleasant experience as a 1st-time car buyer than what I received at Paragon Honda and not only have I become a committed costumer but I have already recommended Paragon to my friends and co-workers. I would tell anyone to go there, even if you’re not in the market for a Honda because trust me, you’ll be converted! More
