What really made the total experience of leasing my new HONDA CR-V stand out was the way these three individuals complemented each other perfectly as a team. Through his continuing efforts, Andres Sanchez was able to obtain the exact model and color of the CR-V EX-L I wanted. This was not an easy task because of the limited number of HONDA autos now available due to the recent earthquake in Japan. This earthquake has resulted in a temporary decrease in the production and supply of HONDA vehicles, limiting the number and variety of HONDA vehicles available for selection. Andres put in the extra work and effort that made my dream car happen. Joseph Choi made me comfortable during the financial transaction phase including the paperwork portion leading to the signing of the lease. Joseph managed to make me feel relaxed during the financing process in a totally professional atmosphere. Elsie Tavarez made me feel as if delivering this CR-V vehicle into my hands was the most important thing she had to accomplish. She made me feel at ease as she showed me the many features on my new CR-V and how to operate the controls so I could drive the vehicle home safely. Elsie was very patient in answering my questions. She also told me to call her anytime if I had more questions about the CR-V EX-L. I can see why PARAGON HONDA is a very successful dealership...it has the best people working there. More

Went in for a nationally advertised lease and found salesman a bit pushy by trying to get me to lease the next model up rather than the base model which i knew i wanted. Now my overall experience was good because I got what I wanted with very little problems, but the reason I won't give 5's across the board is because I think I may have gotten screwed on the lease terms and price, now I realize I should have been a bit more prepared, but I just don't like when salesmen pretend to do what's best for you, but really they are doing what's best for them...........Anyway, I think I may have paid a little more than I should have for this lease.....I should have shopped around, so I guess some of the blame should be on me........Overall, it was a good enough experience..... I found a great price on a car and went down to Paragon Honda to check it out. Great price and good car and the dealership was more than willing to fix some minor issues. After purchasing the car, I felt like an annoyance after dropping my car off to have some minor issues fixed, they promised me that it would be ready the next morning because I needed for work and after coming the car was not ready and I had to wait an additional 5 hours. I do not live in the area so this was frustrating waiting in the showroom having to listen to the manager belittle the staff in front of me for hours on end. It has been almost 2 months and I am still waiting for my license plates, repeated phone calls and no answers. This is very frustrating. This place is good on making the sale but be warned if you have to deal with them on items after the sale. More
