I visited several dealers in the Long Island City area to shop several different car models. The Paragon Honda Dealer was the best by far. Mr. Ariel Munoz, my salesperson, was friendly, professional,courteou shop several different car models. The Paragon Honda Dealer was the best by far. These group of people were great. I really put these people through a lot. I changed my mind about four times and the sales person didn't have a issue what so ever. My visit was a complete waste of time. I saw a car on the website and I asked if the car was still available. They told me it was, and we made an appointment for later on in the day to go see the car. When w website and I asked if the car was still available. Although the salesmen conducted themselves in a professional manner, this whole incident was completely ridiculous and a waste of our time. More

As for any dealership, the experience is great when you leave with a new car from the lot. The sales agent was cool, and patient. Was not trying to rush me to sell me the car.
