Thanks ZEESHAN and MIKE for excellent service at Paragon hon I was looking for a certified car and found a great car at a great price at Paragon Honda. Not only the friendliness of staff ZEESHAN and others whom i could talk not only in english but also in local language, i was explained all of the smallest detail of the car which comforted me in buying the car. Secondly, all of the car that i had seen to other dealers, comes as is meaning having any dent etc and whereas at Paragon, when i noticed very small scratch (which easily can be ignored), Zeeshan spoke to his manager Mike and they took this extra pain in removing those small scratches free of charge and making the car like brand new. Later when i missed one part which normally doesn't come in used car, they were humble enough in saying that although it doesn't come with pre-owned however they will fix that for me, once again, No Charge to me. This is one of the excellent customer service and no doubt why Paragon Honda is Number one in the world. Thanks a lot ZEESHAN and Mike for going this extra mile for the customer. I will surely let all my friends know about this and make sure to give at least one visit to Paragon Honda before finalizing the deal. More

Out car was not in Paragon's lot and Stanley drove us to the shopping center in his car where we had lunch while waiting for our car to arrive. Having my Civic serviced. Car fixed, marbles intact! I've always dreaded having my car worked on. I always feel left in the dark for long periods of time while the mechanics and salespeople walk around I've always dreaded having my car worked on. I always feel left in the dark for long periods of time while the mechanics and salespeople walk around as if you don't exist. Most of the time the result has been the same, they come back to you with a bill and double talk, nothing that amounts to much more than "This is what you HAVE to do and you're lucky we are saving you by giving you a "great deal"". I'm savvy enough to know when I'm getting screwed so dread was usually based upon knowing that I was going to have to be a vigilant sentinel ultimately battling in the end to find out the whats, hows and why's. I came to Paragon by way of a friend who swore to me this place was the exception to all those stereotypes. I must say I was skeptical to believe that my cynicism could be overcome however they exceeded my expectations in ways I didn't even think a mechanic's shop could. The shop is clean, waiting room comfortable and the staff operates as if they are more of a family than a business. Everyone was friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. At one point when waiting, I was actually enjoying being there, sipping good coffee, surfing the internet on their computers and chatting with other customers. We almost forgot why we were there..lol The wait was short and I could see that the reps were constantly back and forth checking on customers when something needed to be explained. My problem was relatively simple, tranny servicing. My rep was thorough and pointed out potential problems with simple explanations as to what they could mean and offered options for handling each. It wasn't my usual experience of getting hit over the head with a hammer knocking all the money from my pockets. Before I left I was stopped briefly by the boss there, Anthony. He seemed very interested in making sure I was happy, which seemed strange at first because usually it seems like service reps/managers can only manage a half-hearted bogus attempt at such but this guy seemed genuine. I got the feeling that he projected this down to his employees and it was very refreshing to see that. It was impressive to see a manager that can create such an environment where all the employees are invested. In the end I couldn't be happier and my only hope is that this starts a trend where more shops are like this one(not that I think I'll be going anywhere else for now on). The industry needs a new attitude and this place fits the bill! More
