It had been a whle since I purchased a new car, I was a little nervous but Herode made it a great experience. I was told over the phone it will only take 1 hour but it was like 6 hours that I was there. Who ever told scheduled me for that day should get proper training. Overall Charles was very nice making my dad an was like 6 hours that I was there. Who ever told scheduled me for that day should get proper training.
