Had a great experience even before going to the dealer. I was talking with Jonathan Archipolo, gave me some numbers on the phone, texted me pics of the car I wanted and even held the car for me. Just traded in my 2015 Odyssey Touring for a 2024 Odyssey Touring. We worked with Jonathan Archipolo. Jonathan was very attentive and worked with us to arrive at an agreeable trade-in value. He met our price Touring. We worked with Jonathan Archipolo. Jonathan was very attentive and worked with us to arrive at an agreeable trade-in value. He met our price goals for the new car and worked hard to find us an exterior and interior color combination that we wanted and was readily available. We were a bit under the gun. We needed to have our new car for a family trip that was days away. This was no easy task since car dealers nation-wide were having issues with a cyber attack. Despite this, financing was a breeze and everything went smoothly. We walked in Wednesday evening and drove our new Honda home Friday afternoon.
