The car buying process was almost seamless except for the financing aspect which should have been easy considering I did not finance the car I purchased. The sales team was friendly and easy to work with and knew the vehicle well. Since I called ahead to purchase, the car was detailed and ready to be picked up when I arrived. I had a few documents to sign with the finance representative who was busy for over an hour while I waited to sign. I feel there should have been more than 1 finance representative in a busy dealership and since I did not need financing the process should have taken much less time. Two and a half hours to hand over a cashiers check and sign a few documents was much too long. More
