I give her 5 stars across the board because she was honest, knowledgeable, and professional about everything. If she didn't know something she would say I'll see what I can find out and let you know and she did. She always answered every question and she wanted to make sure we were happy not only before the purchase but after as well and thats where others fall short once they make the sell thats it but not with Taylar she cares about more than just making the sell.
