I started my deal, over the weekend of the 4th of July and it was a lot of back and forth to get the deal I wanted without them changing the numbers around. It took me saying I was going to go with ano and it was a lot of back and forth to get the deal I wanted without them changing the numbers around. It took me saying I was going to go with another dealer to get a deal good enough to sign. I told them I did not want to be in the dealership forever and that’s why I wanted to do most things over the phone. Doing it over the phone ment them taking forever literally 6 days to put a deal together. We ended up being in the dealership for 2 hours anyway because things were not taken care of. I ended up signing the deal and was told the truck would be ready the next day. Now I will say my wife did show up very early ( half hour ) after opening but they did not move quickly to get her out with good customer service and quality. She was also there for 2 hours and everything was already done. Tammy was our sales, she was very nice and did bring the missing key to my house after hours. I feel like she did not take me seriously until the end and that’s mostly why the negative review. She also didn’t get me the information I asked for multiple times. Cj was awesome and did a phenomenal job during the finance process. It was quick and informative. They did not detail the truck well at all which is crazy when purchasing from a dealership. They also did not put in new oil. The truck was a loaner previously. More
