Hi there, my primary complaint is around your finance team or things in that area. "Market adjustment" markups are unacceptable and clearly based entirely in greed. Only shady dealers looking to rip people off will list things like "nitrogen tire fill" as a reason for a markup. You have "full tank of gas" listed on the sticker as a part of the price markups for an electric car. If I buy the car are you planning on putting a tank worth of gas in a barrel and throwing it in the trunk? I doubt you are, so putting that there just tells me you're trying to justify an extra $100 or so to line your pockets - or otherwise you're so uninformed on your own products that nobody thought about this. I can easily use the internet to find another Hyundai dealer with Ioniq 5s in stock - many dealers are NOT applying "market adjustment" markups because they understand customers see right through these. If it cost me a plane ticket, hotel, and a day off work to drive home from Colorado or New York, I would still be saving money compared to the absurd "market adjustment" you've got on both the Ioniq 5 and the EV6. I understand that many potential buyers of these new EVs will be coming into their first electric car and will only have ever known the "stealership" experience you have provided them in the past with shady markups that prey on uninformed customers. But you should know that this model is outdated and is going to work less and less often. When I purchased my Tesla, I filled out an online form to provide financial information and buy the car for the same price as everyone else with no markups or unexpected fees. When I picked it up from the dealer I simply signed papers confirming I had insurance and finalizing the sale, and at no point did anyone try to talk me into some other upsell during this process. I shouldn't have to elaborate on why this is objectively more appealing to customers than how you operate, and if you don't adapt, you will likely find it harder and harder to stay in business.
