We purchased a 2019 Jeep Rubicon and had the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. When we arrived we were met by a sales associate and told them we were there to see Katelyn he went experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. When we arrived we were met by a sales associate and told them we were there to see Katelyn he went in to get her and Jeff Briggs came out to meet with us and let us know Katelyn was finishing up with a sale and would be with us shortly. He answered most of our questions about the Jeep letting us know that he purchased it for the dealership. Katelyn came out with a bright sunny attitude and all smiles answered the rest of our questions and we took it for a test drive. When we got back she met us and ask how we liked it and if we had any more questions. We went in to talk about price for the Jeep and we came to an agreement and purchased the Jeep. The experience we received from Katelyn was carrier on when we met Allen Queen to fill out paperwork, he made us feel as if we had been friends for years. The total experience with the dealership will bring us back when we are looking for a vehicle again. More

I visited Paramount Hyuandai of Hickory on 3/19/2022 for a routine oil change. During the visit the advisor came to the waiting area to inform me that my front end was out of alignment. I reminded him that a routine oil change. During the visit the advisor came to the waiting area to inform me that my front end was out of alignment. I reminded him that they had disassemble my front end twice before on prior visits searching for a popping noise and a strut, mount, and engine mounts were supposedly replaced under warranty and it hasn’t driven the same since the repairs were made. He claimed that an alignment is not part of Hyundais steering/suspension repairs. I stated that is false information. An alignment is always necessary after such repairs are made. He failed to provide an alignment spec sheet upon the last visit but I asked for one this time. Additionally, during the last visit he stated that I was required to bring the vehicle back for a “new software update”. I researched the recalls using my VIN and called Hyundai personally but no such repair was needed. In fact, the repair had already been performed a few months prior. During the last visit I also turned in a free coupon for an oil change and car wash they had given me for a bad oil mess that occurred on my garage floor right after a routine oil change. They changed the oil but failed to perform the car wash. I’ve had to return to the dealership more than once to address the popping noises in the front end and then they try to up sell me an alignment because they failed to complete the repair. If my tires wear out because of this Hyuandai should be held responsible. Upon the December visit- I requested a state inspection and they called to say my vehicle was ready after 1 week. When I picked it up they told me I’d have to bring it back for the inspection. When I came back again they told me I needed to schedule an appointment for the “software update” that had already been performed according to Hyuandai’s records. Terrible service! I want to be compensated for the alignment. More
