I contacted the dealership regarding a used Lexus they just got in on trade. Karrie promptly replied via email. I informed her of my interest in the car and she told me they were in the process of servici just got in on trade. Karrie promptly replied via email. Later the next day Karrie sent me a video walk around the car which was very nice. Needless to say, we agreed upon a price and I purchase it.
