Every time that I have gone to this dealership I have found that the salespeople are very very polite and very knowledgeable of the product that they are representing. Katelyn was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were leaning towards a Santa Cruz but were worried about space and gas mileage. Our next choice was either a Seltos or a Hyundai Kona. Katelyn took her time and answered all our questions about all three and had suggestions on features that would work best for us. We didn't feel like we had no choice like you do at some other (naming no names) dealerships and ended up with the Kona which we are happy with. We will definitely be back for our next one and will send anyone we know looking for a car to Katelyn and Hyundai of Hickory. More
