Wow!! Best service I have received! Y'all can't touch me right now!!! God is so amazing! This is going to be a long post but if you don't believe in God, just read this! Two weeks ago my friend Tamara Hammons started working at Paramount Hyundai in Hickory NC. Well I commented congratulations on her post, and told her to find me a van, with a wheelchair lift for Kelsey. I informed her that she had six months to find me one, or I was gonna get me a sports car! I told Kelsey's personal care assistant later that day, that a van for Kelsey was my ONLY need that God had not supplied me. He has even blessed me with most of my wants. Well... God didn't want me in that sports car! Imagine my surprise when she called me this past Wednesday and said someone had just traded one in! When she said it was a 2017 and only had 4700 miles on it, I said...wait Tamara you mean 47,000 she said NOPE. Another salesperson named Drew Stiles had grew up across the street from a girl whose dad had Lou Gerig's Disease. He passed away and she wanted to see someone else get the van that needed it. That's when Tamara told them my our story. Y'all!!! They called me and asked what they needed to do to get me in that van. I said I have to have a backup camera and a GPS. They thought it didn't have a back up camera. Well very long story short, it does have camera. They are putting a factory installed GPS and a remote start in it! I just signed the papers. I am driving my van "Bella" home for the last time from a trip. Tuesday they will be having someone drive my van down from Hickory NC and pick up mine. Now if that isn't service??!!!! I have never in my life, had anyone work so hard, as Drew and Tamara to make sure that I was happy. This is going to be a life changer for our family! We can actually take Kelsey places now! They made me happy, but they made her life a WHOLE lot better!! That's what is the most heart warming! My daughter's life will not be recluse anymore. So a HUGE shout out once again to Drew and Tamara and with tears in my eyes, PRAISE YOU GOD!! I have never been worthy of everything you do for us. Thank you so much for doing this for her! More

The salesman was very professional, not pushy, and totally knew what he was doing. (Thanks Noah). I drove 45 minutes to get to the dealership and they were very respectful of my time. This whole process took less time than it took me to get my financial establishment on the phone. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. This was the second purchase I have made from them. A divine appointment I have known Drew Stiles my entire life and was glad to go see him at his job to see if he could help my mom find her an SUV. He did not disappoint! It was a bittersweet moment as we were trading in my dad's handicap accessible van as he won his battle with ALS the end of May. Drew said that they normally didn't handle these kind of vans but they were willing to help us. After getting a price on the van, we decided that it was time to do this. When we arrived there, Drew told us that his new co-worker Tamara had heard about the van and said that her best friend had been looking for one for her daughter so that she wouldn't have to live as a recluse any longer. Needless to say that they not only made my mom very happy with her Tuscon but were able to help out this other family in need as well.
