I am very late in submitting this rating but Paramount Hyundai Hickory is definitely a 5+. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and our sales consultant, Dylan Burns, was the perfect sales consul Hyundai Hickory is definitely a 5+. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and our sales consultant, Dylan Burns, was the perfect sales consultant. I told him Paramount was the first of 5 dealerships I had been in looking for a Hyundai that I felt comfortable. Every other sales person tried to talk me into a different vehicle or an older model which I didn't want. Dylan was straightforward, honest and very personable. We live over 2 hours away but I would come back to this dealership if and when I want a new vehicle. More

Samantha was wonderful to work with - no xx, just honest and friendly service! I actually live in Charlotte, about 90 minutes from Hickory and started my new auto search within 15-20 minutes from my home, and friendly service! I actually live in Charlotte, about 90 minutes from Hickory and started my new auto search within 15-20 minutes from my home, but the Charlotte dealerships were over charging and loading new vehicles with (mandatory) packages/add-on accessories that I did not want. So, I broadened my search and ended up driving 3 hrs round trip to get my new Hyundai from Samantha at Paramount. I alreday knew exactrlky what I wanted and she told me the vehicle would be available by 3/8 and gave me a weekly update. She is a class act and the office staff was great to work with, no high stress sales tactics, just pure honest to goodness servicing! I highly recommend Samantha and Paramount! More
