Used vehicle purchase with a problem I purchased a 03 Rav4 and found out it had an inoperative right front door lock and the transmission randomly doesn't shift into 2nd gear then shifts I purchased a 03 Rav4 and found out it had an inoperative right front door lock and the transmission randomly doesn't shift into 2nd gear then shifts real hard and sometimes shifts in and out hard several times . So I called made appt and they drove it and said they couldn't find anything wrong with the transmission but when I left it did it right there in the street as I stsrtrd out and turned and went back into service lot tild them that is was doing then and they said to wait until part for the door came in and woyld bring back and check it out then. They expecting me to drive it that way until they call me whenever the door part comes in? It doesn't need to be driven it needs to be fixed . they haven't called me yet! It has been 4 days. So I call them and ask if the part came in for the door and they said they couldn't tell me because someone wasn't there to called back tomorrow and they could tell me?? Is that a way to run s service dept and or parts dept. Sounds like it is a run around to me !!! More

While my car was in for repairs, my daughter and I went up the hill to the sales department to meet Jon Arrowood, a person that she trusts. Now I see why. Jon took great care of her when he was in the service department. My daughter has been a Hyundai owner since 2011 and a big believer in the product, in Jon Arrowood, the service department and in the dealership. Long story short, I bought a new Sonata to drive home to Alabama. I was so impressed with the service and sales that I will gladly drive 588 miles for service in the future......and of course to see my daughter. Buying a car was an unplanned event but I am so glad I did. I am particularly grateful that I am now a proud Hyundai owner and I am backed by a great salesman, service department and dealership that I feel will be there if I need them. Buying my car was a great experience. It was a pleasure. I was treated like family. I would do it all over again. I highly recommend Paramount Hyundai, Jon Arrowood and Rusty Matlock. More

Chad Woods, one of their salespeople came out to assist us. He was very kind, patient, informative and easy going as we tried out some of their cars. He even hung on as I gave the vehicles the peddle to see if it had the giddy-up I liked in a vehicle. Chad made our search for a new vehicle very easy and less stressful. The whole team made our experience easy and we were able to take home our vehicle that night. They even stayed late to help us get all the paperwork done so we did not have to make a special trip back the next day. We are enjoying driving our 2018 Tuscon.
