Phil offered me a reasonable price and thankfully I did not make a deal with Brent. Phil met me at the door when I arrived and introduced me to Trenton who took great care of us and helped us get through the process as quickly as he could (because we were in a hurry). Even though the process was quick it was still as thorough as it needed to be. Matthew was very helpful by explaining the warranty options. Before I left Trenton showed me all about the car and introduced me to the service department where I met Candy who was very nice. Overall this was a 10/10 experience for me! I didn't have time for this, so I emailed Paramount with the price I wanted to pay for the car that I wanted. While the other dealers were busy trying to entice me to come visit their showroom, Charles got back to me right away and made the deal happen remotely. Once I showed up, my car was clean and ready to go. We took it for a spin and proceeded to knock out the paperwork in about 30 minutes. And guess what? The out-the-door price he gave me via email was the out-the-door price I paid. Thanks Charles and the folks at Paramount Hyundai for the best car buying experience ever! More
