excellent minus The only glitch that I have is that they promised to make an appointment with the body shop to fix scratches in our hood. Then we received a call that we need to bring it back to the dealership to let the body man look at it and then make an appointment. I feel like I am getting the run around here. If they are going to fix it and know the problem, why do they need to see it first?????????????? We live 20 minutes away!!!!!!!!! Are they going to fix it or not??????????? More

Not your typical dealership We went to this dealership in February of 2017. My husband and I knew exactly what car we wanted, and found it listed online at Paramount Hyundai of h We went to this dealership in February of 2017. My husband and I knew exactly what car we wanted, and found it listed online at Paramount Hyundai of hickory. We actually first went to a dealership close to downtown Charlotte for a very similar car listed at a very similar price, to find that the car had been sold and we weren't contacted to be made aware(even though we had an appointment to see that specific car). Needless to say, I didn't feel right about it, so we decided to make the 1+ hour trip to Hickory with our 2 and 3 year old boys. We arrived an hour before closing. David greeted us and quickly got us a test drive and started working on our application. The entire transaction took just over 2 hours. The staff was welcoming, and didn't once make us feel rushed or uncomfortable for making them stay late. David went above and beyond to make this experience pleasant. This is by no means our first rodeo dealing with car dealerships, and this was by far the best experience we've ever had at one. More
