Painless Process My wife had been looking for a new SUV for a while and we were starting to give up hope. She saw online that Paramount Automotive had a SUV that look My wife had been looking for a new SUV for a while and we were starting to give up hope. She saw online that Paramount Automotive had a SUV that looked like what she was looking for. We called and setup an appointment to view the SUV. We didn’t expect them to really believe that we were coming but when we arrived they had the SUV up front and ready with our name in the window. They greeted us with a smile and introduce us to a sale person. We simply told him what we wanted to pay and he made it happen. This was the best car buying experience my wife and I have had. We drove an hour and 15 minutes to Hickory and it was worth every minute. Thank to Tammie and Phillip for making this a painless process. More
Good car ; untruthful salesperson We love our 2013 Hyundai Elantra. The only thing we do not like is when you go over railroad tracks or hit a bump you really feel it. The only thing I would recommend is to ask the salesperson how many keys and remotes come with the car. We were not told how many keys and remotes came with car. We came really late and had to finish deal next day. When I realized there was only one key and remote, I asked the person doing paper work for another remote. He said, "You can go buy one from internet for approximately $15.00 or our service department for $80.00". I was very disappointed and started to walk away, but we had already signed papers so I thought it was too late. I tried to resolve this issue by emailing the salesperson to send me another remote, but he refused to do so. In the future I will always ask how many remotes comes with vehicle. More

May Day Celebration a Day Early I scheduled an appointment with Matt Church at Paramount Hyundai in Hickory to review my options as I was coming to the end of my three year lease of I scheduled an appointment with Matt Church at Paramount Hyundai in Hickory to review my options as I was coming to the end of my three year lease of a 2012 Hyundai. First let me say that the car I had was excellent in every way and I wasn't even planning to re-lease just yet. I actually has just gone to wash my car that day and was on my way elsewhere after my appointment. However, as I explored the options available right then on April 30 with a minimal payment adjustment, it was a no-brainer. After having my wife stop by after work to check it out I walked away with a 2015 Hyndai Elantra Limited. The cars are very similar with some added improvements in the past three years. The three mode steering, the rear-view back-up visibility feature, and the solid sound insulation is a plus. Dealing with Matt was very enjoyable and he definitely upholds the motto that hangs on the wall which states that he blelieves in treating others as you would like to be treated. I would highly recommend Matt and the people at Paramount. More
