I purchased a 2023 Elantra SEL w/Convenience package at Paramount Kia and could not be more pleased! I worked with Isabel Rosenberg and she is an INCREDIBLE salesperson! When I first started looking for a Paramount Kia and could not be more pleased! I worked with Isabel Rosenberg and she is an INCREDIBLE salesperson! When I first started looking for a new vehicle I wasn't sure if I wanted a Kona, an Elantra, or an Elantra Hybrid. She allowed me to drive all three, told me the details about each vehicle, but never pressured me to decide on one or purchase one that day. Over the next two months I went to various dealerships test driving the cars, but never found anyone as helpful as Isabel. I told all those dealerships exactly what I was looking for in my new car. They gave me their "best price," which sounded great, until they added their "dealer extras," which sometimes added as much as $3000 to the cost of the car. I would inquire more about their price and the "dealer extras" and all of a sudden they had a slightly lower "best price." Finally frustrated with them, I sent Isabel an email telling her the exact car I wanted. Within a day I had her "best price," which was at least $1500 less than any other dealership. Obviously I ordered it from Isabel and Paramount Hyundai. Isabel was unbelievably patient with all my questions, sent responses to my emails within a day (usually within an hour or two), did not pressure me to purchase a car beyond my means (actually she didn't pressure me at all), made sure the car had all the options I wanted, explained everything about the car to me, went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase, and was extremely friendly every time we talked/emailed. The whole process of purchasing a car from Paramount Hyundai was very simple and stress free. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, go to Paramount Hyundai and ask for Isabel Rosenberg. You will be glad that you did! More
