I was looking to buy a new Santa Cruz. From my first contact, Matt Church remained an extremely responsive, well communicating sales person. Matt sent me pictures of the car over text. I told him the time I'd be there, and when I got there he was promptly waiting in the car to take me for a test drive. No high pressure "upsell" to try sell me a higher trim or any packages that I didn't need, but pointing out the specifics of what I had in mind was helpful. Matt had already communicated the price and was on-point with it - very upfront - no last minute "here's an add-on that will cost ya.." The finance team with Allen Queen was also very efficient. They also found a very good financing offer. All in all, a great experience thanks to Matt & Allen. More
