Top Notch Service Every Time I had my previous car a Hyundai Accent serviced at Paramount Hyundai from the very start. Every bit of maintenance was performed at this Dealership. I had my previous car a Hyundai Accent serviced at Paramount Hyundai from the very start. Every bit of maintenance was performed at this Dealership. All work performed was top notch. The only issue I had in over 3 years was a rough running engine after a fuel system service. They took the car back to the shop immediately and corrected the issue. Less than 10 minutes to correct. My service advisor all along has been Rusty Matlock. I have never worked with a friendlier or more knowledgeable advisor across many makes and models. Rusty is always accommodating and always voices his appreciation of having my business. Wouldn't go anywhere else to get my Hyundai serviced. More
DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP OR SERVICE DEPARTMENT..EVER Incompetent service department that is negligent and will intentionally send customers out in unsafe vehicles. This dealership doesn't care about their customers or the safety of their customers. They will not step up and make things right when they failed in every way possible in their service department. Hyundai Corporate isn't any better. Do yourself a favor and do not subject yourself to complete and total disappointment in a vehicle, dealership and service department. Go somewhere else...anywhere else...just not Paramount. More
Used vehicle purchase with a problem I purchased a 03 Rav4 and found out it had an inoperative right front door lock and the transmission randomly doesn't shift into 2nd gear then shifts I purchased a 03 Rav4 and found out it had an inoperative right front door lock and the transmission randomly doesn't shift into 2nd gear then shifts real hard and sometimes shifts in and out hard several times . So I called made appt and they drove it and said they couldn't find anything wrong with the transmission but when I left it did it right there in the street as I stsrtrd out and turned and went back into service lot tild them that is was doing then and they said to wait until part for the door came in and woyld bring back and check it out then. They expecting me to drive it that way until they call me whenever the door part comes in? It doesn't need to be driven it needs to be fixed . they haven't called me yet! It has been 4 days. So I call them and ask if the part came in for the door and they said they couldn't tell me because someone wasn't there to called back tomorrow and they could tell me?? Is that a way to run s service dept and or parts dept. Sounds like it is a run around to me !!! More

Service/Purchase Appointment We visited Paramount Hyundai for its first service on our new 2018 Santa Fe Sport a few months back --our 5th purchase from Paramount Hyundai. We wer We visited Paramount Hyundai for its first service on our new 2018 Santa Fe Sport a few months back --our 5th purchase from Paramount Hyundai. We were greeted by Jon Arrowood in the Service Dept. and he was so courteous, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He saw that the service was completed in a timely fashion which we were very impressed about. Jon is such a personable employee and really is knowledgeable. I cannot stress that enough. He is a real asset to the company, and, again, it was a pleasure dealing him. We mentioned that the car we brought in for service wasn't really to our liking even tho' it is a fine car. It just lacked some of the extras that we missed. Jon apparantly listened intently and showed us 2 newer SUVs. Somehow he seemed to know just what we wanted. The second SUV was perfect.. Needless to say, we found ourselves in the Finance Office with Allen Queen , (who, by the way, is as personable as they come and made the process of transferring our paperwork to the new vehicle so easy. We left that very afternoon in our new 2019 Santa Fe. We love it !! We cannot say enough about the sales and service of Paramount Hyundai, Jon, Jason and Allen. What a positive experience!! That is why we have just purchased our 6th vehicle from them. We have dealt with them for some 12 years now. We will continue to do business with them for many years to come. More
