I had been looking for a new car for a few weeks. After test driving various models I chose the Optima. My husband and I saw the display at the Ashville Mall and I liked everything about it. I submitted an online application on a Monday afternoon and heard from John Keefe almost immediately afterward. After speaking with me on the phone to get a little more information, John started to work right away. That evening I stopped by to let them take a look at my trade-in. I didn’t have high hopes in this area as my old van had seen its better days. But, Paramount advertises 120% of KBB value so I thought I would give it a try, and true to their word - they gave me a price that was more than fair for my trade-in. John called me the next morning to let me know how things were going. By that afternoon he called to let me know I could come get my car. He was absolutely fantastic to work with. I felt like he had my best interest at heart and that he worked hard to make sure he was not only able to get me a car but to get me in a car that I would truly enjoy. Additionally, he kept me informed throughout every step of the process which gave me peace of mind. On Wednesday afternoon, I came in to sign papers. I dreaded going to the finance office . . . anyone who has ever bought a car knows that this is no more fun than the original haggling (of which there was none at Paramount). I worked with Gary Woodall, the Business Manager. Gary was extremely personable and quite a pleasure to work with. He had everything organized, and the process was simply painless. I have never had such a great car buying experience! From beginning to end, Paramount Kia exceeded my expectations in every way. There was absolutely no hassle and the staff was phenomenal. I went into this hoping I would come out with a decent, dependable car with as little hassle as possible. But, what actually happened was that I left with an adorable, Rio 5 SX fully loaded!! OH – and my fuel costs have been cut in half AND with all of the safety features in my new Kia – my insurance premiums decreased! At Paramount Kia, they really do SAY YES!! So give them a try!! More
