I waited because I expected the level of service and salesman contact to drop off after the signing. It hasn't! Chris Isaac and Paramount has been outstanding. This dealership had earned my respect and future business. There was no pressure on the sale, they let me be o.k. control of my purchase and timing. They contacted me promptly to schedule my first oil change and to let me know my new tag has arrived. If you're looking to buy give them a look, you won't be disappointed. More

He followed up with an in-depth orientation of all the new features on our vehicle and is genuinely interested in his customer and their satisfaction! We later found out he sold 5 cars that day and never made us feel any less important than other customers! How does he do it? Our experience with the service department is always top notch as well. These are the reasons we returned to Kia Paramount! More

Bucky Bates treated me with respect and was never condescending. He genuinely wanted to help me find the right car and then help me obtain the best price for it. I paid a little too much for the car based on my research, but I'm happy with everything except the detailing company. Yes, separate from the dealership. I waited for an extra hour to take delivery and there are swirls all over the car. The finish has something on it that makes every blotch (water, tire shine, etc.) stick out like a sore thumb. I'm going to spend $100 to have a company I've dealt with in the past detail the exterior of the care. More
