All of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed in a timely manner. Many times I would stop the process because I didn't understand something that was stated or shown to me. Each person would patiently explain it to where I understood. I was not going to buy a new vehicle, but after sitting down and discussing monthly payments, the better deal for me was a new vehicle. I am very happy with the service I received, the final deal I got on the vehicle, and my daughter is ecstatic with her new Kia Soul. P.S. I do not give 5 stars to many. So when you see 4 stars, know that is a high rating coming from me. There is always room for improvement. More

First rate experience I had been working with Tim Cousins over at Paramount Kia for a couple months looking for a Jeep wrangler. It wasn't even ready to be sold yet,but when I decided it was exactly what I wanted they rushed it into the service department and got it ready. They bent over backwards to get me in it,and at the end of the day I was driving the Jeep of my dreams. I really don't think anybody else would have been as helpful as Tim and his coworkers. I will definitely recommend them to everybody. More
