They were quite knowledgeable about the product and were enjoyable to deal with. Once I had gone home and went through all of the papers for the sale, I was a little surprised that the price I had been quoted was 11% above the MSRP. However, the dealership was very generous with the trade in allowance offered (on my 126K mileage Honda), and once it was all done, including a rebate, I paid 5% under the MSRP. I realize the dealership has to "make a living" and I'm very happy with my new Caribbean BLUE Kia Soul. More

Best car buying experience I've ever had! After going to 3 different dealerships in our area with horrible customer service and manners, my mom and I wanted to check out Paramount Kia in Ashev After going to 3 different dealerships in our area with horrible customer service and manners, my mom and I wanted to check out Paramount Kia in Asheville off of Brevard Road. When we pulled into the lot we were greeted with a friendly and very helpful salesman named Bob B., he advised that he was still in training but would be happy to help us. We found this very refreshing after the 3 horrible dealerships from earlier that day. Bob took us on a test drive and was very helpful with vehicle specs and features. When we arrived back to the dealership we started the paper work and we met Josh F. Josh sat down with us explained everything to us clearly with no run-around, again... Very refreshing! Bob B. and Josh F. My mother and I would like to thank you for helping us get into our new car! We've told everyone how helpful and courteous you and your co-workers treated us. We will never buy from another dealership but Paramount Kia! More

Great car and within my budget I had recently had a bankruptcy and was having trouble finding a car that I liked and could afford. I had thought that I was going to be car debt fre I had recently had a bankruptcy and was having trouble finding a car that I liked and could afford. I had thought that I was going to be car debt free. But, my car of ten years thought differently. I was up in the air between a Dodge Dart and a Kia Optima. Kara met me at the door and was very kind and helpful, much better that the other car dealers. With my credit situation it took a while to get approved. But, they did it! I really love the car.And thank heavens, Kara was so understanding, she really helped me through it all. My Mom liked the car so much she got a Kia Soul. More
