Not one, but two! I've purchased 3 cars in the past from Paramount Kia and was ready to trade in my 3rd (Kia Soul) and purchase my 4th Kia. I had my daughter with me, I've purchased 3 cars in the past from Paramount Kia and was ready to trade in my 3rd (Kia Soul) and purchase my 4th Kia. I had my daughter with me, and we were also looking to get something for her. I was approached by Jarrad Wilson who greeted us professionally, but was also very warm and friendly - I knew it was going to be an easy process. He clicked with all 3 of us (myself, my daughter, and my son) and was exceptionally knowledgeable about Kias - I was impressed with the information he told us about Kia, about the cars we were looking at, and about the dealership, in general. After we finally decided on the cars we were going to purchase and began the long process of negotiations, he stayed with us the entire time and remained in conversation for hours - never leaving any "awkward silence" moments. We laughed, a lot. It was very relaxed and while a long, long day, it wasn't unpleasant at all. Once we moved to the finance department, we met Joel Smith -- he was so much fun to work with, and really helped make the entire process one that I wouldn't mind going through again (although not too soon!) I have to say that once again, Paramount Kia and its employees prove to be top notch - how lucky I was that we paired up with these two, and everyone else behind the scenes that made this day happen for me and my daughter. We're both thrilled! We all thank you for helping to make the day so special. More

Great Car Buying experience Josh worked with me from the second I got there. Fast, friendly and low pressure! We are from SC, so we called first, figured out some basics. Chris emailed us some inventory based on our parameters set forth. Then we set up a time for a test drive. We came up on a Saturday, 2 hours before they closed. Ben, who was doing a GREAT job filling in for Chris, showed us the cars we had narrowed down to. We drove them all, made the decision and decided to buy. Norm handled the financing end very smoothly. They even ended up staying past their closing time to finalize the deal. We've owned our new Sorento now for almost 3 weeks and have received several follow up calls and emails to make sure everything is going well with the new vehicle. All the staff works well together, they know what they are doing and are SUPER friendly. Great service and pricing. We highly recommend this dealership! More

Paramount Kia on Tunnel Road I started looking for a car online, when John Miller contacted me. He worked with me on the front end over the phone and via e-mail. I came in on Saturday to purchase a Kia Soul I had found in their inventory. John was busy with others, so I had the pleasure to work with Ken Paxton. He even drove to Hendersonville to get the Kia I found online. Between John, Ken and Norman, I walked away feeling positive about my purchase.
