Since we didn't have all the necessary documents with us, Nelson actually delivered the car to us on Monday, which involved a 2-hour drive each way. Talk about service! I was there to buy my daughter a car to take to college and we sat in or drove at least a dozen cars and they even drove us over to the Tunnel Road lot to look at one. My daughter is thrilled with her Kia Optima and we would definitely come back here when we need another car. They were all very patient with us and worked very hard to put us in a car that was in our budget. More
