He has a very pleasant yet business attitude and the patients of a saint.LOL I thank you for the way that Mr. Chris Isaac greeted outside as soon as I parked and ask me what I might be intrested in, he then intrduced me to Tim Kerley and left me in his good hands. Mr. Isaac continued to check with me throughout the process to make sure that I was okay, something he didn't have to do and is going beyond to insure that care is being taken. I appreciate his intrest especially since I am a female and was alone. The process as a whole was very pleasant, I never because nervous or felt like I was being pushed into anything that I didn't want. I liked that all information was presented to me, I was very comfortabe during the test drive, and nothing was last minute or a complete suprise. He was professional, efficient, friendly and I could not have been better served. I have been in sales for 30 years, and trust me, he is very professional! While the Business Office, which was also very good, was processing my paperwork, Craig cleaned out the car I had driven, packed everything up and placed it in the new car,and transferred my license plate to the new car! He then explained the things I needed to know very well about operating the car and told me to call him or come back with any questions!! All amazing!! Business Office and Sales personnel!! They took the car (Acura) I was driving on a lease and credited it toward my new lease! they made the whole process fast and easy!! I'm sorry I don't remember the Business Office employee"s name because I was in a hurry to get to an appointment, but he did everything very efficiently and professionally! More

The only negative I can think of about the whole experience is that it took nearly half a day. We ended up buying a Kia Soul. We got a very good deal, and every person we dealt with was courteous and friendly. I can't blame them for offering every automobile equivalent of "you want fries with that?" because that's their job. But I congratulate them for the fact that when I said "No, thank you," they didn't pressure me any further. They also explained things in as much detail as I asked for, and on one or two points they were extremely patient in explaining something multiple ways until I understood it. Aside from the long wait (which is partly my fault for putting off going until they were so busy), they treated me exactly right! How often can you say that about a car dealership? :-) More
